Olivia Chiong (born Olivia Tan in 1980) is an operations and partnerships manager, productivity hacker, entrepreneur and author. Having lived in Singapore for most of her life, she currently resides with her family in Seattle, USA.

She writes about life with her wife Irene Chiong and daughter Zoey in Singapore and the USA on her personal blog http://olivia.thechiongs.com/ where she shares her insights on same-sex parenting, relationships, life hacks and other random topics. The blog was started on her 35th birthday as a way for her to start writing again as she had lost touch with writing. The challenge she set for herself in 2015 was to blog 3 times a week, every week so she could have 150 blog posts by the end of the year. She managed to achieve her target.

A long-time volunteer with queer women activist platform Sayoni, she co-founded Singapore's only same-sex parenting support group Rainbow Parents SG with her wife.

Her first book, The Unbusy Entrepreneur (self-published in December 2015) focused on using her over 10 years of personal entrepreneurial experience in the events industry and with multiple startups.

Her second book, Baby Zoey: Our Search for Life and Family, was published in May 2016. It all began with the question of how a woman could conceive a baby without sperm. This led to the Chiongs' quest to get pregnant. From difficulties in getting the right sperm donor to the challenges of shipping frozen sperm to Singapore, they faced one obstacle after another pursuing their dream of having a biological child. At the end of it all, the takeaway was clear - if you never give up, almost anything is possible.
