This speech was made in Parliament by Ho Peng Kee on Wednesday, 19 September 2007 in response to MP Michael Palmer's query about why the police banned Prof. Douglas Sanders from delivering a talk on the history of anti-gay legislation, including Section 377 in its various forms, around the world enacted by the British. The talk was supposed to have been given during IndigNation 2007. In the end, the lecture was given by Russell Heng and Alex Au in Sanders' place: Links:
