At 7:30 pm on Friday, 17 May 2013, Leow Yangfa, author of the book "I will survive", a collection of stories of the struggles of LGBT Singaporeans and how they triumphed over adversity, launched his maiden work at Math Paper Press, 62 Neil Road. The event was presented by BooksActually. In this video segment, Singapore's first openly gay ordained Christian pastor, Rev. Miak Siew, reads the first chapter "The wounded healer: Reflections from a religious leader" by Rev. Dr. Yap Kim Hao on his behalf. At the end of the video, Rev. Miak also plugs the upcoming IndigNation 2013 in August, Singapore's LGBT pride month, which he is the main organiser of. Go to Part 4: Links:
